At OnTheList Private Sales 2, we strive to offer the best luxury deals; however, due to the exclusive nature of our flash sales, returns are generally accepted within 7 days for defective items or incorrect shipments only. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a processing review.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a return request form within 7 days of receiving your package.
Wait for Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email once the claim is verified.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box, clearly marking the RAN on the outside of the parcel, and ship it to our designated logistics center.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, we will inspect the goods for original condition and issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit within 10 business days.
