A new act of creation by Francis Kurkdjian, Dior Perfume Creative Director, this scented candle with woody facets transports you to the heart of a starry winter night, by the fireplace, enveloping your home in a warm and cozy atmosphere.
An elegant design piece, it's the fragrant art of living that Christian Dior so adored, coming to life under the glowing flame: the holiday magic takes effect as soon as you light it up.
Made of Limoges porcelain, the Bois des RĂȘves candle holder features a stunning gold decoration by Pietro Ruffo, artist and friend of the House of Dior. Inspired by royal motifs, he created a shimmering gold adornment on the ceramic enamel: a shining celestial sun, magnified by a sumptuous floral fresco that evokes French-style gardens.
How to Use: BEFORE USE Place your candle in a stable, upright position to ensure the wax melts evenly. Before each use, remember to trim the wick of your candle to avoid black smoke. Ideally, the wick should be no longer than 1/4â (5 mm). BURN TIME When using for the first time, be sure to let the candle burn until the entire surface is liquid. This prevents tunneling and allows the wax to burn evenly. During each use, burn for 2 to 3 hours at a time to fully release the candle's scent and create the ideal fragrant ambiance. Do not leave the candle burning for longer than the recommended amount of time to prevent the ceramic jar from overheating. To avoid blackening the enamel, make sure that the candleâs wick is centered. AFTER USE Once the candle has been used up, simply wipe the enamel with a soft cloth to restore it to its original luster. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Avoid release to the environment.
